In this video I explore why you need a LinkedIn company page regardless of your company size.

Your company page gives you a platform to post information about what you do and promote important news, insights, events and services. It’s one of the most powerful online marketing tools for all organizations if you consistently post and engage with your followers.

It also gives you robust analytics and competitive intelligence. Have you downloaded your followers list yet? Starting last year every company page can now see exactly who is following them and the month that individual started following the page.

This is incredibly useful information! Just click on the number of company page followers if you are a LinkedIn page admin to see your followers (it’s not super easy to download the list, but you can create a workaround if you install a Google plug-in – hopefully LinkedIn will be add that change down the line to the list of downloads you can request).

In order to maximize your LinkedIn company page, do these four things:

✅ know your audience better – analyze your your followers list (look for clients, prospects, recruits, alumni, media, competitors and referrals).

✅ grow your company page followers

✅ drive awareness of your page, and

✅ consistently post content that helps and educates others.

Even if you aren’t planning on using your LinkedIn company page now, go ahead and claim the name and put your logo in so that you have it and you can start building followers now.
