Use a combination of social media listening tools and Google alerts to view your competitors’ online activity. Keep a spreadsheet of ideas gathered from them with images. Do things better than them! Create clever content inspired by them. Share this info monthly with your business development colleagues and most importantly, the lawyers with whom you work. This is cheap competitive intelligence and worth doing. Information is power!
