LinkedIn is implementing a new system to limit how many times a company page manager can send out invitations to their connections to follow their company page.

LinkedIn officially brought back the option to invite your connections to follow your company page in November last year.

The new system provides company pages with 100 credits that they can use per month, with each sent invite costing one credit.

So when your invite is accepted, the credit is returned to you, so then you can invite someone else to follow the page. These 100 invitation credits are shared by all company administrators. The credits don’t roll over.

So keep in mind that company pages could theoretically send out 100 invites a day – but if any invitations are unaccepted, they come out of the company’s main tally.
