There is no magic formula to being a successful entrepreneur but seeing it as a career with a set of skills that can be developed over time is a good mindset to have. Plus you work for yourself so you directly benefit from your efforts and you’re the one with everything at stake. All equity law firm partners are entrepreneurs at heart too, as you run your own businesses within a firm. And then many of my readers are solo practitioners and boutique firms – you’re entrepreneurs too. The harder you work the more successful you’ll be, so adopt the entrepreneurial mindset today.
