Michelle Calcote King is the principal and president of Reputation Ink, a B2B professional services marketing and PR agency.

Before founding Reputation Ink 10 years ago, Michelle was the senior vice president of a national PR agency exclusively serving law firms. Before that she held a variety of roles in PR agencies in several cities throughout the U.S. Southeast, London and Australia. Michelle serves on the Legal Marketing Association Southeast (LMASE) Regional Governing Board, and previously led the local Jacksonville LMA group.

Kim Lyons (she/her/hers) is an experienced legal marketer for the international law firm Holland & Knight. She manages marketing for the firm’s U.S. West Coast offices, which include: Los Angeles; Orange County; San Francisco; and Portland, Oregon.

Kim is passionate about social media marketing and serves as the current Legal Marketing Association Pacific Northwest Regional Co-Chair.

When she is not in the office or posting content on LinkedIn, Kim spends her time with her three teenagers, or surfing in the Pacific Ocean. (Kim and I met through the LMA in San Francisco a few years ago and we have kept in touch through social media (you can follow her on Twitter at @legalMKTmaven).

Melinda Colon Cox is a commercial litigation partner at New Jersey mid-size firm Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLP.

Her practice focuses on the representation of a broad range of financial institutions in the mortgage banking industry in litigation, compliance and regulatory matters, including foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings, in both state and federal courts.

As a passionate advocate for the law, Melinda has been very active in the New Jersey legal community for many years.

She was the president of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey in 2020 and served on its board since 2008. She also co-founded its Young Lawyers Committee. She is a member of the National Women’s Law Center Leadership Advisory Committee and serves on the Professional Ethics and Leadership Academy Committees for the New Jersey State Bar Association.
