Even if you aren’t feeling so great about yourself right now (for whatever reason), adopting a positive mindset and thinking positively will help shift things in your favor. Positive people are more successful, can bounce back faster from setbacks and Negativity breeds negativity.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Always believe in yourself. Things will get better. Seriously. Practice meditation. Assume good intent unless proven otherwise. Don’t let yourself worry about the worst-case scenario. Anxiety is detrimental to your success.

Know that there is always light at the end of a dark tunnel and that things will get better. Just do your best and be a good person. Look for the things in your life that bring you joy and all of the great things (and people) who are in your life. 

It’s statistically impossible to have bad luck and a dark cloud over you all of the time. I find that extreme lows are followed by extreme highs. It’s all part of our journey. Be your own best cheerleader. Remember you got this! 🙌🏻
