‪It’s easy and normal to panic and be nervous when the world seems so unsettled such as right now during the coronavirus outbreak.

Here are a few little things you can do daily to reduce stress and anxiety, be kinder and find more balance and happiness in your life, which we all need right now.

Remember, kindness goes a long way in turbulent times, things WILL go back to normal, do your part to remain calm and grounded – meditation and yoga can help a lot with this (clean your mat!), make sure those you love know that and be thankful for all that you have.
